Made in the USA from US made steel! Made of 1/4" x 1" steel flat stock. Stand off the wall at 3.5". Bar measurement you are selecting is a measurement of the flat section of towel bar...overall length is generally 3" longer than order measurement so an 18" towel bar is 21" +/- overall. Our paint process receives a thorough surface treatment prior to any coat of paint. Very durable, yet thin finish, allows you to feel more of the true texture of the worked iron and less of the finish. Paint-ready finish should be coated with something unless rust is a look you are going for!
